“Your estate agent is your contact throughout the purchasing process.”
Pieter Maclaine Pont
Esate agent
Your estate agent is your contact throughout the purchasing process. He coordinates everything with the other experts and organises all that must be done.
Once you have discussed your wishes with your estate agent he will start searching for suitable housing. Perhaps you already have a preference for a number of objects. On the basis of this first selection your estate agent will visit a number of houses and fill you in on his experiences. How long this process takes depends on factors neither you nor we control. Once you have made a next selection we commence with the next phase:
The next visit to the house of your choice you will be together with your estate agent and an architect. This way we can do a thorough check of the estate. After this the following purchase and bidding strategy is discussed with you. During the further negotiations he keeps you informed and afterwards he discusses, among other things, the sales agreement with you and your financial advisor. Also it is his responsibility to collect all relevant information regarding the house and its surrounding. He will be there (together with you if possible) during the final delivery of the house to verify that the property is delivered as agreed earlier. Finally he will also be there (either on your behalf or together with you) during the legal delivery at the notary. If, at any time, there are questions or remarks to which you want a response, please don’t hesitate, he is always there to serve you.
